Returns

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Used or damaged items may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to your card.

Shipping Costs

Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

Eligibility: If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as returns.
