Q1: Which cans are suitable for this can opener?

Answer: This can opener is suitable for opening round cans,oval cans and linear cans with prominent brim.Please don't use this can opener to open cans that have not prominent brim.

Q2: How to deal with it when the can opener can't work?

Answer: Firstly, please check whether the can opener has power. If it out of power,please use the Type-C charging cable to charge it.

Q3: How to deal with it if the can opener is stuck during cutting?

Answer: The can opener will back out of the cutter automatically when anomaly happens. Please check if the brim of the can is deformed after take off the can opener from the can. If the can is not deformed, please try it again. If the can is deformed, please stop to use it.

Q4: What does it mean when the product indicator flashes red?

Answer: If the red light is flashing, it indicates that power of battery is not enough. If the red light is flashing in the cutting process, please ignore it. After the cutting is finished, press the Power On/Off button to stop the product.The can opener will not work until you get the can opener charged.
